You can use Western Union from any country! You dont need to own a credit card \ bank account. All you have to do is look for a Western union franchise near your location. Ask them to send the amount you wish to donate ($xx) to the following details

-Fill out the necessary "Send Money" form from your nearest Western Union Agency, also you can use Western union if you have an online account
-They will require a valid ID of yours.
-You can pay with cash, a bank debit card or credit card.
